All riders please:

• Wear a Snell or ANSI approved helmet – no helmet - no group ride.
• Sign the ride sign-up sheet and provide an emergency phone number .
• Have a bike in good mechanical condition.
• Carry water bottles and/or camel backs
• Have extra tubes, tire irons, air pump or CO2 for changing flats.
• It is recommended that you know how to change your own flat
• Follow traffic laws – just like a car
• If this is your 1st ride with SBW inform the ride leader. You will be asked about your riding history and skill level.
• Group riding requires safety skills& riding etiquette not used in solo riding. Suggestions or instructions are meant for learning and not criticism. If you have questions or concerns please approach the ride leader. It is the intention of SBW ride leaders to assess the general riding skills within the group in order to offer a safe and fun ride for everyone.
