We will have our usual ride groups and levels, with ride leaders that will plan and communicate the route and maintain the posted speeds.

On the way back, however,  we will stop at the Flamingo Road Nursery to enjoy their beautiful gardens but most importantly, their new Flamingo Cafe and brunch menu.

We are also very excited to be introducing a NEW RIDE GROUP 

'Rambling Ride'  with Laura de Explorer

Ready to go ON the beaten path? 

This ride will be for about 20 miles at an easy pace with a couple of stops to take in the sights and pictures. 

Laura will be leading a group through some of the scenic trails right here in our backyard around the Davie area with a stop at  Long Key Nature Center and Robin's Lodge Park.

Tell your friends and family that would like to try cycling - you may ride any kind of bike - road, hybrid, mountain, etc.  Just make sure to have your helmet. 

New Rambling Ride will start at 7:30 AM

All other Group Rides start at 7:00 AM

INTERMEDIATE

14-16 mph (approx. 25-30 miles with a rest stop)

EXPERIENCED

 Keith Rosen will lead Experienced on July 20th 

16-18 mph (approx. 30-35 miles with a rest stop)

  ADVANCED

 Robert Alderman will lead Advanced on July 20th 

 18-20 mph (approx. 35-45 miles with a rest stop)
