SATURDAY RIDE FEVER  !!!!!  

Pedals Up 7:30 AM

 Join our weekly Saturday ride with various  routes, speeds, distances and destinations.  

We ride a rotating pace line and emphasize traffic rules- stopping at stop signs, red lights, etc.  We treat each other with respect. 

All groups & rides will have a leader that will plan and communicate route.

INTERMEDIATE

15-17 mph (approx. 25-30 miles with a rest stop)  

This is a great teaching group.  Don't know how to ride in a group?  

No problem,  No intimidation  No one left behind.

EXPERIENCED

17-19 mph (approx. 30-35 miles with a rest stop)

Expect a well controlled group that will maintain posted speed level.

ADVANCED

19-21 mph (approx. 35-45 miles with a rest stop)

Expect a well controlled group that will maintain posted speed level.
