SATURDAY RIDE FEVER  !!!!!

Don't forget SBW JERSEY DAY ! ! !

 Join our weekly Saturday ride with various  routes, speeds, distances and destinations.  

We ride a rotating pace line and emphasize traffic rules- stopping at stop signs, red lights, etc.  We treat each other with respect and leave no man or woman behind.

But most importantly staying safe while having fun and exploring new areas! ! ! 

As dates get closer to ride  we will have a better idea on leaders, their destination and distances so keep checking our calendar.

INTERMEDIATE

14-16 mph (approx. 25 miles with a rest stop) 

  Marella Villasuso to lead Intermediate July 27th, 2019  

  This is a great teaching group.  Don't know how to ride in a group?  No problem,  No intimidation  No one left behind.

EXPERIENCED 

 14-16 mph (approx 35 miles with a rest stop) 

 David Milstein will lead Experienced July 27th  

ADVANCE

18-20 mph (approx. 35-45 miles with a rest stop)  

Ride will have a leader that will plan and communicate route.

 Mike Keyte will lead the Advanced ride July 27th

 EXPECT LOTS OF BRIDGES!  

ADVANCE PLUS (+)

20-22 mph (approx. 35-45 miles with a rest stop)

Our ADVANCE group sometimes splits into an additional PLUS when enough interested are present. 

Just show up if you would like to do a faster ride, if you dare !!!!
